Returns
All purchases can be returned if unopened, within 30 days for a full refund with your receipt. Special order items are not eligible for return.
Damage Claims
From R&L Deliveries: Note any and all damaged product and boxes to shipment, on the bill of lading that the driver will ask you to sign. Report the damage to Mid-South Ceramics immediately.
UPS and US Mail Deliveries: We suggest that you open and inspect all packages immediately upon receiving and evaluate for any product damage that may have been caused during shipping. Do not discard packaging until after contacting Mid-South Ceramics.Â
Sales Tax
All sales shipped within the state of Tennessee will be charged 9.25% sales tax.Â

When ordering on our website (www.midsouthceramics.com), customers have the option to either ship with US Mail, UPS for shipments under 250 pounds, R&L Carriers for shipments over 250 pounds, or pick up your order at our showroom in Nashville, TN.
Freight Deliveries
Mid-South Ceramics offers competitive freight rates and fast deliveries with R&L Carriers with orders over 250 pounds. All specialty services such as inside delivery are subject to additional charges
